Sign in and find your workspace

You sign in at app.sparqbox.com/login with the email address you were invited under or the address you used to create the workspace.

Signing in

Section titled “Signing in”
  1. Go to app.sparqbox.com/login.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. If your workspace requires a passkey, you'll be prompted to use one after the password step. The first time, you'll register the passkey on your device; after that, the passkey replaces your password.
  4. Click Sign in.

Signing in with two-factor authentication

If you have an authenticator app set up on your account, an extra step appears after the password.

  1. Enter your email and password as usual and click Sign in.
  2. Open your authenticator app and enter the current 6-digit code.
  3. Optionally tick Trust this device for 30 days to skip this prompt on the same browser for a month.
  4. Click Verify.

Lost your phone? Click Lost your phone? Use a recovery code on the verification screen and enter one of your 10 single-use backup codes. Using a code signs you in and clears your 2FA setup — you'll need to re-enrol if your workspace requires 2FA.

What a workspace is

A workspace is your company's isolated space inside Sparqbox. One company has one workspace. Every idea, category, user, and setting belongs to that workspace and never leaks across to another customer's workspace.

You sign in to one workspace with one email. If you've been invited to two workspaces (rare, but possible if you work across two organisations), you'll need a separate email address for each.

Switching language

Sparqbox ships in English and Dutch at launch. To switch:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right.
  2. Open Account preferences.
  3. Pick English or Nederlands under Language.

The language change takes effect on your next page load. Email notifications use your personal preference; if you haven't set one, they fall back to the workspace default.

Forgotten password

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for a message from hello@sparqbox.com with a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
  4. Open the link, set a new password, and sign in.

Accepting an invite in private browsing

Invite links work in both regular and private browsing windows. If you received an invite email and want to accept it without signing into your main browser profile, open the link in a private or incognito window as usual.
