Single sign-on (SSO)

Single sign-on with SAML or OIDC is available on the Scale plan. At launch, setup is hands-on; you contact us and we configure your identity-provider mapping together.

Mention your workspace name, your identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, OneLogin, or another), and a contact for scheduling.

A member of the Sparqbox team will reply within one business day to schedule a setup call. The call usually takes 30 to 60 minutes and includes someone from your IT team plus the protocol details (entity IDs, signing certificates, attribute mapping).

During setup we handle:

  • Identity-provider configuration on your side (we provide the metadata).
  • Sparqbox-side configuration of your tenant for SAML or OIDC.
  • A test login with a designated user.
  • The roll-out plan: enforce SSO immediately, or run alongside passwords for a grace period.

After setup, your users sign in via your identity provider. Sparqbox respects your provider's account-lifecycle rules (suspended in your IdP, suspended in Sparqbox).

Self-serve SSO setup ships in Q3 2026. When it ships, the setup call becomes optional; admins will be able to configure SAML or OIDC without involving Sparqbox staff.
