The executions board

The executions board is a project-tracking surface for ideas that have been approved and moved into implementation. It lives at its own page in the sidebar under Executions and is visible to coordinators and above.

What the board shows

Each approved idea that has entered the implementation phase appears as a card on the board. Cards are grouped into status columns that reflect where the work stands.

The columns map to the implementation stages in the status timeline:

• In implementation — work has started, the idea is being acted on.
• Done — the implementation is complete and marked closed.

Cards show the idea title, reference number, category, and the coordinator responsible.

Getting ideas onto the board

An idea appears on the executions board after a coordinator moves it from approved to in_implementation. That transition happens from the idea detail page, not from the board itself. See From approved to done for the full flow.

Who can see the executions board

The executions board is visible to coordinators, admins, and super-admins. Reviewers and submitters do not have access to this surface.

Note

Submitters can still see the status of their own idea from the idea detail page. The executions board is a coordinator-tier management view, not the only way to track progress.
