What's new

This page lists notable shipped changes to Sparqbox in reverse chronological order. Day-to-day fixes and minor copy changes don't appear here; this is where you'll find the changes worth knowing about as a returning user.

General availability launches today. What ships:

  • The full evaluation pipeline: structured submission, AI first reviewer, weighted human scoring, deterministic auto-decisions, and the mandatory feedback loop.
  • Eight default categories pre-loaded for every new workspace, each with criteria and weights you can tune.
  • Three plans: Starter (€99/month), Growth (€249/month) with the 14-day trial every workspace starts on, and Scale (€499/month).
  • Slack integration on Growth and Scale, with slash commands (/help, /search, /recent, /new, /challenge) and direct messages for linked users.
  • Email notifications across all plans, with English and Dutch parity.
  • Innovation campaigns on Growth and Scale.
  • Workspace settings across six tabs: Organisation, Workflow, AI, Notifications, Security, Billing.

May 13, Route-aware help center and executions board

Section titled “May 13, Route-aware help center and executions board”

Two UX improvements shipped on the same day:

  • The Help & feedback modal now shows an "Open docs for this page" button that deep-links straight to the relevant docs page for wherever you are in the app. If no specific page maps to your current screen the modal falls back to the docs home.
  • The Executions board is now its own page at /executions in the sidebar, separate from Insights. Previously it lived as a tab inside the Insights page.

The Organisation step of the onboarding wizard now asks for your industry. Sparqbox uses the answer to activate the most relevant categories for your sector automatically.

Six options: Manufacturing & Industrial, Software & Tech, Professional Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Hospitality, and Other / Not listed. All eight categories are always present; the industry selection just controls which four or five start active.

You can edit the industry setting after onboarding from SettingsOrganisation. Changing it post-onboarding updates the stored industry value only; it does not reshuffle your active categories.

Closed beta opens for invited tester organisations. Testers get a working product on a real subdomain with full feature access during the testing window.
