This page collects the questions that come up most often. For step-by-step pages, follow the cross-links.
Your idea continues without it. Human reviewers can still score, the idea can still reach Scored, and the auto-decision still fires. The AI's score is simply absent from the weighted total. There is no automatic retry. See What the AI does.
Yes, while the idea is in_review and a clarification thread is open, if your workspace allows editing after submission. Once any reviewer marks their scorecard complete, the idea is frozen. See Submitting an idea.
If you set visibility to Visible to reviewers only, peers can't find it until it's approved. On approval, visibility flips to Visible to everyone automatically. See Submitting an idea.
No. Tenant admins and coordinators see "Anonymous" along with everyone else. Only Sparqbox staff can reveal an anonymous submitter's identity, and the reveal is audited. The reveal happens only when policy or law requires it.
Your workspace becomes read-only when your subscription is cancelled. Reads still work; writes are blocked. You can request a full data export, then a workspace purge that completes after a 72-hour confirmation window. Picking a plan again restores write access.
By default the AI counts equally with the human average. The AI weight is configurable per workspace; lower it to make the AI count for less, or set it to 0.00 to exclude the AI from the total. See How scoring math works.
Yes. Existing ideas keep the weights they were submitted under, via a snapshot. Your change applies to new submissions and doesn't rewrite past scores. See Categories and criteria.
The weighted score landed between the approve threshold and the reject threshold for the category, so the auto-decision rule didn't have a clear answer. An admin should look at the idea and override to Approved or Rejected with feedback. See The three outcomes.
The control associated with that limit disables and the upgrade modal opens. Examples: the Coordinator option in the role dropdown is greyed out at five coordinators on Starter; the New category button shows an upgrade tooltip at three categories on Starter. No data is lost; the next operation is blocked, that's all. See Billing and plans.
Every new workspace starts on the Growth plan for 14 days, with no card needed. All Growth features are unlocked. You'll get reminder emails on day 11, 13, 14, and 21. See Billing and plans.
Slack is a Growth and Scale feature. Upgrading to Growth removes most Starter limits including this one. See Slack integration.
Not at launch. REST API access is on the Scale plan and ships in Q3 2026. Webhook exports ship at the same time. Until then, the only programmatic surface is the Slack integration.
